Built in the late 1990's Casa Sol was constructed to accommodate large parties. This 4 level house provides the perfect combination of intimacy and privacy for any group. The large main floor of Casa Sol features locally designed stained glass windows that depict the advancement of the sun across the sky. This unique feature filters the sunlight while providing stunning hues and colors in the main room. The large main room is accessed from the bottom level via a spiral staircase (it may be the only one in the Grenadines!) and has a living room sitting area, dining area and full-sized kitchen.

Off the main floor, a beautiful terrace overlooks Friendship Bay and the Valley below. It's the ideal place for a morning stretch, an afternoon cocktail or relaxing after a day on the beach. This floor features two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The bathroom features an open air shower built from local stones and highlighted by stained glass panels in a domed ceiling. One bedroom has access to a small outside sitting area and provides access to the roof deck.

One of the highlights of Casa Sol is the stunning roof deck. With views of the bays and valley, the roof deck is the perfect place for sunbathing, stargazing or just to relax and watch the trade winds push clouds by overhead. The deck is outfitted with lounge chairs, a shower and a counter for dining or drinks.

The first floor of this house has two private bedrooms perfect for privacy for couples or someplace for the noisy kids! Both share one full bathroom.

Bequia is very accommodating with many restaurants and bars.  Guests should plan their own menus and should expect to provide their own provisions (there are several easily accessible grocery stores on the island).  a Housekeeper and maintenance man is also available on-premise.

A Jeep and Moke (the local island buggy) are also available for weekly rental. If you prefer to be responsible for your own transportation, please inquire. (Island taxis are cheap and easily obtainable).

On the ground level of Casa Sol is a small private apartment with full-size kitchen and bath. This apartment has access to a covered veranda for small intimate entertaining.

This apartment provides additional space for larger parties renting Casa Sol or for couples or friends looking for an island retreat or that quick scuba diving trip.

Guests in Casa Sol Apartment also have share access to the pool and pool deck that overlooks Friendship Bay and provides spectacular views of the Southern Grenadine Islands.
